I’m Nina. Ocean soul, life dancer and devoted yogini, Italian roots following The Path of the Heart.

I’m honoured to welcome you into this space. I won't tell you how to be because your heart already know it. I will help you rediscover, remember and love yourself embracing your uniqueness and imperfections, transform them into your greatest expression.

My name is Martina but  everyone calls me Nina since my childhood, Born in Milan but deeply connected and half raised with the mysterious and wild Sardinia. A curious soul, seeker, creative and always ready to follow the call of my heart. In 2012 I began practicing yoga which will become one of the greatest portals in my life. In 2017 I left the world of advertising to follow and fully embrace that inner call that has become increasingly clear. I have been living in Bali for six years where I teach yoga, somatic and embodiment practices — infused with the non-dual tantric philosophy of Kashmir Shaivism — and able to cultivate my great passion for surfing and breathing the sacredness of rituals every day. My offerings include Cacao Ceremony, Alternative Medicine and Dance. My practices combine multiple disciplines and are inspired by nature, the elements, dance as therapy, somatic, ancient traditions, rituals and the healing arts. My method leads to an experience that allow you to celebrate yourself as ceremony and experiencing your body as a vehicle for awakening , a flow as meditation in action.  Interconnectivity, sensations, music, awareness and integration will  easily bring you to embody your true nature, reconnecting to your authentic self.. My vision intuitively, naturally and gently embraces the darkness as a portal to growth, transforming any perceived limitations or pain into revelations and wisdom.
